Our Story

Joseph is qualified clinical dental clinician from Leeds Dental Institute and since then has been working for some of the UK’s best surgeons. Through his constant passion in dentistry, he then enrolled himself in the prestigious Clinical Dental course in Preston. Although he was one of the youngest to be accepted for this course, his determination and focus led him to be known as one of the youngest qualified clinical technicians in the UK. He also holds a Diploma from The Royal College Of Surgeons Edinburgh.

After recently having a number of teeth extracted, I reluctantly decided to have a partial denture. I was introduced to Joe from Dynasty denture clinics, he couldn’t of been more helpful and reassuring. We talked over which denture would suit me best. You hear stories of how they hurt and rub etc… I must admit the whole process was painless, not at all uncomfortable and I had my new partial plate within a few weeks, I cannot stress how comfortable it is. I lost me teeth to gum disease so, shopped around for dentures but having tried and tested some hopeless were my ventures.

Then one day an advert came flying through my door a denture maker, could this chap be what I’m looking for?

Excitedly, I went to meet a young man name of Joe his manner was delightful someone who’s good to know.

To Dynasty denture clinics. I needed to replace my dentures, but who to approach? Joseph at dynasty denture clinics had the answer. I made an appointment and was promptly seen by Joe. He quickly assessed my problems and after we discussed styles and prices where there were hard sell, decision being left to me and what I felt was affordable.

Each visit was conducted in a professional and pleasant manner, each step was explained fully. On the 4th visit, I asked about payment for these services, Joe replied “only when the work is completed”. I had fully expected to pay the cost at the beginning. How refreshing to meet such old fashioned courtesy, looking forward to my new dentures, and feel sure they will be trouble free. I will settle my account quite happily, knowing I have bought well.
