Joe O'Reilly

Director (DIP CDT RCS)

Joseph qualified from Leeds Dental Institute as a clinical dental clinician and continued to do work for some of the UK’s best surgeons.

Through his constant passion for his work, he then enrolled in the prestigious Clinical dental course in Preston. Although he was one of the youngest to be accepted on the course, his determination and focus pushed him to be recognised as one of the youngest qualified clinical technicians in the UK. Being awarded a Diploma from The Royal College Of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Joseph has a passion for the industry, his eye for detail and careful planning ensures only the best results, giving his patients peace of mind and great clinical results. He has clinics across the UK, helping patients wear a confident smile.

Joseph’s ambition is also his craft, creating lifelike smiles through dentures and implant supported prosthesis. Joseph lives with his fiance Sara in Leeds, they have two children, Annabelle and Theo. In his spare time, he enjoys running and family walks.

Matt Varley

Director (RDT)

As the partner managing director of Dynasty Denture Solutions and Dynasty Denture Clinics, Matt Varley is both technically gifted and wholly committed to his profession and his patients.

After 18 years experience working as a clinical dental clinician in highly acclaimed laboratories, Matt made the decision in 2018 to set up his own business alongside fellow business partner Joseph O’Reilly. With his 18 years of experience, Matt has changed the lives and smiles of many and has developed his skills with precision and takes the upmost pride in his work. Many of which are during one day implant immediate loading cases which he specialises in. The regular accolades received from clients and patients alike are testament to his passion for his work.

Matt was born and raised in Pudsey, Leeds where he completed his dental qualification. Matt finished best in his class, achieving distinctions throughout and was awarded overall best student and the acclaimed technical achievement award. Matt met his now wife Angela Varley at school and has 2 boys, Ray and Austin, he hopes one day they will follow him into the dental profession and share in his passion for dentistry. In his spare time Matt enjoys restoring cars and motorbikes. He also is a life long supporter of the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats rugby league team.

Craig Webster

Lab Co-ordinator

Craig is our laboratory co-ordinator and also is a bespoke denture technician. Craig has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about each case we create at dynasty. Craig qualified from Leeds dental institute, and has since been a key role in in over three private laboratories. His organisation skills and work ethic has been a key development in the dynasty brand. Craig is married to Stacey and they have a beautiful daughter, he enjoys family walks and is a dab hand in the kitchen as well.

Leanna Hemmingway

Leanna is our Administration assistant of the Dynasty team, in which she deals with all aspects of administration including account management and compliance. Leanna has many years of customer service experience and is always here to help you or your Dental practice from enquiry to delivery. Leanna is married to Ben and they have two beautiful daughters. Leanna enjoys family time and also likes the occasional breakaway.
